I will be letting another company do my timber flooring. You think it will be potentially problematic to let another contractor does the timber flooring. Irene said that she will plan my contractor in her schedule and told me that it is alright for her.

Hi all, I am pretty desperate. Please kindly advise if you know. I bought a 3S flat in Havelock Area. After meeting up with 2 contractors, the first contractor told me that I can't expand the size of my only toilet ( W914 by L2200). The other contractor told me that there may be a small possibility that I can either expand the width or the length by 1 foot ( 600mm). I simply can't accept this!! I was told that HDB is especially strict with old flats like mine. Anyone with similar experiences, please kindly advise! S

Hi I also had just purchased a flat whose layout is the same as yours. But was told by my contractor that I can't expand the current size of my bathroom. Was your application on expanding bathroom's size approved?? Very upset with this. The current size is a joke!
