Unfortunately delivery results is not consistent. My kitchen cabinet shelves dropped down and the carpentry just come and add a nail below. This kind of patching and after sales service is not worth any recommendations.

Customers do not have time to waste better write more strict condition in BLACK and WHITE, like late delivery penalty, warranty % and penalty for any delay due to no stocks, no workers or any reasons. One of the important condition for this industry practice is owner must hold 20% outstanding after hand over. Many things need time to tell the quality and not by one simple look. How can leak detected when the thing is not used? Warranty is very important. Payment in full and ask for warranty later is against customer interest. Contractor will not bother to care if the money fully paid. It is not practical to go to CASE, pursue legal action or report police later. Hold the money until all items fixed.

No brand. Look at the pictures. I am so busy with work and unable to post those ugly picture. He refuse to changed despite multiple request to make good. This is the best he can do at most. Beyond that you need to someone else already. There are many gaps between the wood and he simply glue it and the laminate comes off eventually. The problems come back again and I am so tired to ask Henry again. I am going to fix it myself. I am not against Henry but I count my bad luck. I SHOULD NOT listen to Henry to use laminate wood as skirting. The wood cannot stick well to the wall. For pricing now with all the inflation, I believe the renovation cost jump even higher so compare my pricing 1 year ago is meaningless. I just want a nice home and that's it. This job I know involves a lot of uncertainty because the works are subcontract to other companies. For the tile, it is not tiler problem but the supplier problem. Consider my tiles difficulty, it is near impossible to change thick 20mm and crystalline like glass panel. Any hacking will damage all surrounding tiles. Tilers have no experience with my tiles and problem only surface after a few weeks. The white tiles become darken at the edges for a few pieces. In fact I do not mind him to change but later he told me supplier no stocks. I call up the tile supplier and supplier ask me to call Henry. Henry talk to supplier but warranty is only when they receive the goods and inspect on the spot. After the tiles lay, it become contractor liability. In the end, I let Henry have easy option to discount the final price. This is one of the risk I take for using this unique tile but I overestimate Henry's capabilities. He cannot come out with innovative ideas to solve this problem for me instead asking me what I want to do.

I believe many people are like me always hunting for cheapest quote and the reality is all products come with market price. When the quote is cheap, ID is impossible make a lost so things will come cheap as well. In the end contractor tell you, you want cheap what, cheap quote cannot demand high quality lor. If you want expensive we also have ... this brand, that brand and may cost even more than established big firms. In fact big companies with scale can afford even better pricing with large orders and unused stocks. Small companies will not survive long if not honest. Lesson learn is : Judge by best value and not best quote. Workmanship depends on luck and independent from contractors. Initially my house looks OK, but 1 day before move in the few tiles was damaged by unknown contractors and toilet/kitchen stucked with cement until all the stink water come out from all the water outlet. Really disgusting. Kitchen doors hinge problems, Master bedroom hinge drop down, nearly injured my baby, water leaked in everywhere, master toilet basin and kitchen sink, need to glue 3 times then fixed. All the skirting poor workmanship, after glue the thing still come up gap and alot of ants now living inside. Really sad with that....and finally Henry blame my house wall not fit their skirting said the wall not flat and not straight. The moral of the story is as chinese saying 路遥知马力

I am a customer of Henry and after many months I have some feedback. Some positive and some negative. Due to greed for more projects, sometimes contractor over commit so they lack of time to supervise. My case is they only paint my house last minute, 1 day before. I gave almost 2 weeks additional but still last minute rush. the problem is the paint he used is only cheapo emulsion paint. Not even then normal cheapest paint. I promise to add price for the Nippon odourless and Henry agreed. But still he never keep his promise and blame the painter. Last minute already what to do? Move in lor .... In the end my whole house white colour wall are all same emulsion paint. I ask for paint again but Henry said I already move in and not convenient and alot of excuse. He rather discount for me but i think the discount is too little. There are few items not mentioned before but charge me in the end extra. like remove door frame extra 150, change new door frame back another 250. I don't mind to pay but the details was discuss and he never mention any cost at first but add in the final bill!! this is not very honest. I know if i insist to based on contract, as i did not add anything, i can legally reject any additional cost he charge. But still I pay him as I still want to have good relationship. The only grateful thing is, he did not cheat and deliver in the end but the price and quality does not meet my expectation. Quite disappointed. The only thing is I console myself maybe my expectation too high. This means all contractor actually about the same price. To get a contract and artificially lower and charge later is not very honest. My message to all contractors, let's don't repeat this again. Many tilers and workers are very good worker but due to time constraint and alot of pressure, the goods deliver will have alot of issue and that is why I always try to accommodate Henry and their schedule. The worst thing in the end is in the end the bill added 20% cost without any extra work in the items I mentioned in the contract.

Dear all readers, I have close encounters with Henry and Ah Soon. I choose Henry not because he is cheap but he is more well organized and deserve better "management fee". I wasted 1 months time discuss with AS and he cannot commit the contract and I am worried on the HDB license thing. AS contract is not detailed and very brief. I trust him for the lowest deal but I also believe that he is very forgetful and cannot handle too many customers. I saw he is the hottest in the forum so I decide to look for another cheaper ID. I try numerous ID and then Henry. He has cheapest quote but still 20% higher overall than AS. I had been expecting those surcharge according to my close friend also a top ID in this forum as they also need to make a living from the "management fee". In short for Henry. Pros : on-time, fast quotation, details in design, cheap, problem solving Cons: high hidden cost, fair in design, not recommend for luxury customer. In short for Ah Soon Pros : humble uncle, cheapest in singapore, no hidden cost ( but since he cannot deliver, the cost on paper has no meaning ) Cons: Bad in time management, poor negotiation skills, cannot read/write english, not HDB license contractor!!!

From now till CNY is peak season and price is hiking from 15% to 20%. The labour also ask for higher price in preparation for downturn during low season after CNY. If you plan to do any reno at bargainable price, wait after March. If you do now, be prepared to be chopped and delay of 2~3 weeks. Even Marina Sand Casino also affected, what is HDB???
