Hi Doremon, Your quotation for your electrical is reasonable except the Tel point usually around $30, heater point rewiring only and it cost $30 is abit high and light point can reduce to $8 will be ok. Others more or less the same have you check how long the house has done its electrical work since last rewiring? As i see that you are not doing a full rewiring of your house. As mine is 18 years ago, so no choice scare the wire insulation melt and cause short circuit and fire. My total is around $2K since I doing 20 lighting points, 2 X heater points, 4 X SCV points, 4 X Tel points, 23 double points, 1 X aircon point and 1 X hood point, 1 X PBU unit and rewiring for whole house. The stuff are all very nice in design and I heard from 1 fellow forumer that they delivery all the stuff on time and even open up for examine before they let you signoff the delivery. Hi Rey, Yup! Busy with work, wedding and upcoming reno. Until now the reno still smooth becos hacking. Later is the challenging one which is tiling and capentry work. Since Simon did not approach Henry to do any of the capentry work. Have to see mine or Jamie as reference for your capentry workmanship liao! How about yours when will your reno start... I still yet to get the fridge can send me your contacts for your mistubishi fridge, it looks cool and stylish. Nice to be in action again William

IS this true and what if she did not submit the cheque or money to company will the company come and chase me for the money?
