confirm we follow up more that our ID. He only will contact when want us to make payment. So far still acceptable for the reno but behind the schedule, (should said no schedule from ID). i also wont recommend any frens to use this ID & company FOR SURE.

We are paying the money for ID to help us settle, not ourself. As an ID should give you idea on what the design of your house, not you find your info and tell them. They are too ks to bear responsibility, that's why they will ask you what you like, then after you choose, you ask them ok or not? the answer is as long as you like, we do it for you. Like that, i rather find a contractor instead of ID.

Yes, signed with them and already start work. So next time look for ID, dun look for famous 1, they too busy, no time to follow up, that's why owner will feel they not responsible. Very disappointed. Now hopefully the turn out will be ok, not keep high hope.
