I think have hot water to wash oily utensils is real efficient thus I would like to have that for my new house too. But doing ALL the dishes would be a luxurious habit. Your maid is good at utilizing resources, but guess she wouldnt do this for ALL dishes if she is in charge of paying the utility bills
