Updates - Lightings chosen thus far : We have settle for some of our lightings @ Lightings.com.sg due to their fair pricing and excellent service rendered by their sales girl - Angeline.Her knowledge was so-so but her effort to check with her seniors makeup for it,we spent around 1 hour + there and decided upon their Led downlights,x2 toilet lamps and a ice-cube wall lamp for our son.We could have asked our contractor to fix our lightings but due to their limited range of drill bit for light fittings,we decided to opt for Lightings.com.sg as they have promised to install for us at competitive prices.We ll be scouring further for our kitchen lightings elsewhere as nothing impress my wife as yet. Ice-cube lamp for our son's room. Common n masterBD toilet lamps - nothing fanciful,just wanna keep them simple.. Downlight Type 1 - 3W LED daylight was chosen because of their energy saving feature and lifespan vs ordinary halogen lamps. Downlight Type 2 - 1W LED warm light was chosen for the very same reasons above.

Updates - Reno Phrase 4: Electrical Wiring> More updated renovation progress pics for you =),we ve been keeping our fingers crossed for our completion to be on time as we have high confident in Henry's reliability.Not forgetting he is currently on numerous projects on hand and have been turning prospects away as a result.No point pushing him to the limit now as it might generate negative/undesirable results,we just have to try our best to work hand in hand with henry to expedite the process. Electrical wirings up in various parts of our place. Our $300 new switching box,the previous one couldnt take the sheer powerload of our new lighting arrangements.

if we were to proceed with option # 1 : carry on cement screeding then overlay wif parquet = other than a slight gradient effect which dont bother us as its not visible after walls been patched up n plastered over - no extra costing heng ba boo liang keng speaking of 2010 ...recently i go consult my fortune for 2010 with 'seven star sword deity master' the SG version of Chris angel who frequently performs in bugis street near kwan yin miao. Any comments on my experience with so called divinations?

yea lor we sibei sway tis year kena many 'siao ren' and bad lucks...speaking of which now halfway through our reno,our contractor just responsibly informed us that we are the first one in a million case where the previous contractors did a shobby job > a whooping 2 inch difference between our master bedroom flooring< broken onxy marble > and bedroom 3! Can u believe our luck man,we were like incurring more n more charges as the reno progress,currently @ 2.5k more than our actual invoice liao..and now this.Apparently there are two choices > 1. To carry on the cement screeding to bridge up the high low flooring then overlay parquet on them. OR 2.Hack everything and cement screed up the floor,then overlay parquet which will probably set us back by 2k more. Any kind advice if you guys are in my shoes?

i fully emphatize with ya situation, 1.5k is aot of $,for my 'worst nitemare in my sig' we actually spent like 5mths ++ from 1st consultation,2nd consultation,1st hearings,2nd hearings to claim back for a patty $400,its not the $ tat really matters so much its actually a matter of principle where they tried selling us a piece of shyt for gold which we wanted in first place,i dun deny its our fault partially for not asking tat conman to state clearly black n white on invoice,makes my blood boils whenever i think of it
