Digital lock is juz for convenience, & not 4gettin fancy... I got 1, but i still got a duro gate lock. Call me kiasu, but i dun believe any1 trust digital lock 100% for security reasons. Final pt: if both locks look da same, i rather choose da cheaper one, & save myself a couple of hundred bucks (my 2 cents worth)

Yep, shld be able to fit 2 compressor, but better to measure urself b4 commit. Even if can't, they got this bracket to stack 2 compressor ontop one another.

squeezin my treadmill, gym bench & dumbbells into my study room?! not forgetting punching bag dat im currently looking out for. oh, & also my "guitar hero" set (drums, 2xguitars, mic)... combined all these wif study table & sofa bed... pretty obvious dat it's impossible to have my very own HT room...

(best thing is i have drawers underneath da seat, hehe...)

I transact wif da seller thru his facebook account. I believe it's "mahdie mantoyz..." it cost me $20, excl installation. Installation is $10 but I diy. & it's very, very hard to apply FYI.

thx. I pasted da decals cuz during my housewarming, my fren actually smashed herself against da glass door & her Adidas watch actually cracked(no joke!) Luckily, no damage done to the glass door... Phew!

hi, da dining table was inspired by my id's showroom. Fell in love wif it cuz it's somethin diff. Was told it actually can hold up to 5 adults weights (dunno if it's true, dun dare try it). I did ask several ids whether they can replicate it, but seems like they dun believe it's possible. Hence, choose my current id then. Nevertheless, will email u my quotation once I manage to find it...

hi, there. I replace da HDB sink cuz it's not really pleasing to da eye. Furthermore, it's ovalish. I replace it wif my rectangular one, which cost roughly $100 each. Furthermore, i prefer a bigger sink. Ask my Id to replace both toilets. Will email u my quotation soon.

oh, da noise, I believe is due to the kuro mediabox sitting on top of the Oppo. After I remove the mediabox, no more noise oredi.

dunno whether small stuff like this, he will entertain or not. I think will get my own tools to do it. I guess more satisfaction when u do it on ur own, provided da final results not disastrous...
