What i did was to get quotation of similar floorplan. I pm ppl @renotalk. Then i went to search ID, wic i mention in my previous thread. Then do comparison. I hv not decided on ID yet. Remember dun rush into things, we r spending a hugh sum on reno!

I need help! The height of the laundry metal reaches my neck and this is the maximum already... So when i hang clothes, i hv to raise my arms to do it, aching loh. Is this the correct height?

Hi Existence, I don't plan to hack the wall of service yard to make the kitchen bigger. Cos i think i wana separate the kitchen and laundry area. well, just make do with the limited space in the kitchen Hi Footprint, hmm, i not sure whether can hack or not. Anyway, we both not planning to hack, hehe we don't hv to worry. Also i think less hacking would mean less cost, can use the money for other usage (furnitures, appliances)

wow, your coffeetable is so functional! I take alook at boconcept 's webby, the price does not come cheap also... I also like your extended tabletop at kitchen, gg to hv it included in my kitchen. hehe, these ideas can help solve our problem of limited space.
