  1. My budget is quite open, my concern is whether it fit in the living room? hehe, i abit troublesome, want the TV to fit in nicely, not to make the area to be smaller. Most likely i shd be getting a Samsung LED, really look sleek and very thin! i heard they gg to launch a new series" D" in mid or end apr
  2. oh, request to view the past projects, never thought of that. thanks for the good pt. i meet my ID next week, need to negiotate $$ b4 we signed on the dotted lines.
  3. Envy u, u can place a 55inch TV! btw, regards to the dryers, i check some info on it. there are 2 types, condenser and Vent type, the latter is cheaper but need space to let the hot air escape. But, my Auntie, told me dryer will spoil those silk/synthetic clothes, only those cotton ones are ok with dryers. So i m still considering whether to get one or not.
  4. Wow, u went to many places to compare the prices! Kudos to u! these 2 days, we just went too Havey, Courts, *spam, in the end we decide to buy the fridge only, both of us are very tired already. Maybe i shd adopt ur way of putting in Excel and show to the vendor to match or get lower pricing
  5. i also hv the same question. They quote me Mitsubishi System 4 inverter, 4A28 $3652 It the price cheap , wonder how their workmanship?

  8. I can't find the thread for TV in the "Electronics & Electricals"..so strange. I need help on the size of TV, i shd be getting. From the floorplan the distance between 2walls will be "3275". The Wall itself it "2750". Btw,my ID quote me a 6ft Feature Wall. My concerns is not to strain the eyes and not making the living room become smaller. It 42" too small or 47" too big? The Wall for TV: The distance between 2 walls

  14. Your Mbr is so spacious! envy!
  15. hmm, i think your floorplan is the same as mine. If yes, then the 3D pic of the main door seem wrong. if putting the mirror at the bomb shelter area, when u open the main door, your mirror will be blocked. also the door handle will bang the mirror. I m sure u can't change the position of the main door right? just my 2 cents of advice
