West/May Dream, beside limited space to dry the clothes. Most of the svc yard and corridor do not hv sunlight! i worry for rainy season in nov & dec, our clothes wun be able to dry.

Ely thanks, will keep asprin with me. Since my reno is starting, i hope everything turn out well.... my flooring done up by HDB already, i need not be crack my head to choose tiles. i love those cheery colors, it helps improve my mood. my current room at my mom 's place, i hv a very colorful wardrobe hehe, i will miss this room when i moved. Chrissyeo yeah i m glad we all went thru all the process of choosing, it was difficult. But at the end of the day, the task was done up! Pain and Joy are part of the reno process.

You are not the only one, we went over budget for my fridge,washer, bedroom set(customed made)and etc.In fact i hv in plan what i wana do for the house, the ID just follow and make suggestions. Tmr i gg to see 3D pics,hope the ID dun change of idea and concept too much! hehe virgos like to follow plans...

For dryer part, i can help to answer, for service yard in Jade spring, we cannot stack up the dryer on top of the washer. As it was block by the metal rods to hang clothes. the only way is the put the washer and dryer separately on the floor, wic will make the svc yard smaller. this pic will make a clearer illustration.

What happen is, the officer from SP, will turn on the main electricity & water outside the house, then we open the door to let him in, to turn on the circuit breaker. Then close case.
