my advice to u is to get quote from other ppl and compare.I got some quote from RT members, mostly staying in Punggol BTO Flats, as their floorplan is similar to ours. Good luck!

Base on My knowledge in my contract with ID, i only pay for haulage (sand) $200, this is to pay to the appointed contractor by HDB. As for the extra tiles which mine cost $192, these are pay by the ID firm not me.
