Yes...bro agree with your statement...the key word is "fate" For my case, I find my contractor Ok ....but some may think otherwise...but surely he is not perfect lah...I also bang with him many times mah...but now finish reno...looking back, sometimes is some small issue lah...

Thanks for the complement.... I cannot take all the credit...My wife is the mastermind over many decision... I will source for items on-line e-shopping, furniture shop hopping to take pictures then shortlist for her to choose the design and colour she likes most...Just like the wall paper. tats y...now whenever people praise that the wallpaper is very nice, she will proudly say "of course lah...I choose one leh..."

Hi Bro, Just read thru your blog....mmm...may I suggest the following method to work with Henry... Use sms to inform or remind him on things to be done instant of calling. Give him a schedule to follows and self monitor the progress... Bro...set your priority...if u want timely handover, spend more time to follow up...I think even ID. also sometimes vomit blood...worse still u paying more. For me, I am very clear of what is my objective...max. 1 month is what I want for HO so I cannot affort to have any mistake or excuse given by any of my contractors (not just henry), I track their progress like what I did with my previous construction contractors... Remember sometimes play hard sometime play soft lah... I am not siding Henry because he done up my house swee swee or what, but trust me there is a lot of contractor that is much much worst out there... Cheer up... if u need me to talk to Henry, I can do so when I come back to SG this weekend

Hi Bro, The zebra pic from Ikea...the price I think is $139. As for the designer clock, I brought from China Taobao website @ I think less then S$100 and airfrieght over together with my wallpaper that time... I ususally only turn on either one of them...I have another LCD in my MBR too...hehee... The most frequently turned on is the one in MBR then follow by this relax corner one then the main 42" ones...hahaa

Thanks... haha...the one is not speaker...it is a 3 headed fan.... The TV at the relax corner is facing the kitchen and my dinning table...we like to watch TV when dining. As my dining table is at bar top height, it will also serve as a drinking table for me and family to sing Karaoke at times...hahaa Cheers
