Sorry I think is less then $650 can't remember actually how much liao because my wife sign card (UOB got discount) but I don't carry that card so she pay...hahaa 一分钱一分货... They claim that their gate will not rust and given warrenty card... Fyi...they dun give Contractor especial price so not point getting contractor to source for you and usually contractor will not recommend you Metal world because they no profit... Henry is honest with me...he ask me to go direct if I like the design...because he will charge higher if I go thru him... Cheers.

I feel like decorating the house for CNY but somehow the CNY colour and accessories are not really suitable for our present house theme... If you dun have a installer, then maybe Europa is a good choice,they charge installation charge of $300, upto 10 rolls of wallpaer...

Aiya...no worries...is prefectly Ok... btw, I think the tiny insect is due to moisture from the wall...especially if the wall is behind wet area... I think wall paper can last the most 3 years bah...then need to replace liao... The shower set has something no good...too much short corners so must be very careful when handling (especially kid) I pasted those rubber corner bits on some edges...

Congrats on getting your dream house and starting your reno... I imported wallpaper from China before and the air freight cost to Sg can go as high as $600 rmb (about S$120) not sure about from other country. Lead time about 2 weeks... My initial choice of wall paper also from Europa but later decide to bring in from China as it is cheaper (save about 40%)
