wow.. kopi bro's blog is getting educational.. for us, we have to take bank loan though we are first time buyers.. we took a 20yrs loan from StdChart. looking at finishing the loan asap too... cos' hoping that we can buy a pte condo... doesn't make sense to buy another HDB due we are not eligible to get those grants..

we got to know when we had a conversation long time ago.. anyway, Jason called to meet up on electrical stuff as he said that the tiling will be done by this thurs. will be meeting him on this thurs.. hope he will appear..

well.. i nvr call him back.. cos' whatever reason he gave me will be redundant.. if hong tar has really did the trucking wrongy or not nicely, i can't reverse the damage... rainbowguy called him to tell him that we bought something for his birthday.. ask him to collect it from the house.. we wanted to give it to him personally on friday.. but since he din even bother to turn up... then he has to do self collection. anyway.. i was rushing to another wedding that day.. finally i have completed the wedding lunch/dinners tfor this mth..

yes... he din turn up.. hong tar pple called him before the appt.. we also called him before the appt... called him on the very day for 2-3 times and told us that he is on the way.. ultimately still din turn up and yet he din even call to tell us that he is not coming.. we juz gave up and went off.. well.. is not a last min decision to have the trucking up that day.. it was like planned 3 wks ago.. if u ask me if i am happy, i am def not happy.. if it is a last min decision, it will be our fault.. but it is not.. sighz..

oic.. i personally feel tat something is not very right with the way hong tar did the trucking.. juz cant pinpoint it.. was hoping jason was there so that he can help to advise..

wah.. dun sound that good... so hv u gotten the right tiles?? we got the tiles from sinlek... there are missing tiles. (white ones for the toilets wall).. tiles not enough (according to the tiler)... plus the wrongly delivered black tiles...

well.. we din manage to talk to jason.. by the time we reached our new place, he has left.. not sure where he goes to.. anyway is ok.. managed to talk to the tiler, ah keong.. nice guy too!

wow.. sounds good.. for my office... also not too bad.. free flow of soft drinks (can kind), ribena, different types of tea, coffee (we do hv coffee machines).. on frequent basis, we organize TGIF events on fridays to gether the colleagues for drinks (includes beer & wine) and food! in fact, last friday, we just invited the employees' kids for christmas party in the office.. the kids had so much fun with Wii games! haha..

haha.. jason's action is fast! in fact, when he saw the approval for hacking via online yesterday, he has asked his workers to hack it ytd le.. hahaha.. anyway, we went to our new place this afternoon to talk to the tiler, Ah keong. Quite a nice guy.. shd be from malaysia. the bangala also quite nice.. he even said thank you to us for buying the drinks and biscuits for them. oh yah.. one of the black tiles was delivered wrongly. Anyway, to save trouble, we told jason we will just use the black tile that was sent over. is fine with us.. hee..
