hihi.. we have recently met up with Irene. She knows that we are on tight budget and she helps us to save on certain unnecessary stuff. Currently, Intradesign is one of the 2 shortlisted companies. We are pending on the final quote now.. We have approached about 5 companies of which, 4 are IDs and 1 is contractor. I am surprised that though Intradesign does not provide detailed cost breakdown, they are not the highest. In fact, Intradesign is one of the lowest.

thanks, iluv6969! we went to view one of his projs on sat evening. feel that the workmanship is not bad. we hv told kelvin that tau is one of the 2 shortlisted ones and he proposed for him to view the actual flat before he give us the final quote. hopefully, he can give the best price!

Hi, we met up with Kelvin 2 weeks ago and we were quite impressed by his confidence in his works. Nevertheless, we also find that their electrical quote seems to be on the high side. Can anyone share their experiences? We are arranging Kelvin to bring us to view his projects on this sunday so that we can have a better understanding. I hope I can keep within my budget of 30k. cos' the current quote is way above 30k...
