Now for a better look in the toilet for master bedroom. Got Alpha Smart 18 heater which comes with a rainshower kit We will be installing glass panels to both toilets to prevent wetting the WC bowls from the showers. Nothing much we can do for the toilets as it is small with many limitations.

We are lucky to save some $$$ for the toilets as flat is undergoing HDB-HIP. We paid extra for requesting all white wall tiles, using our own supplied floor tiles, PD doors, toilet sinks. Of course after seeing the toilet bowl supplied by the contractor under HDB in the common toilet, we fork out our own money to get a WC bowl for the master bedroom. Check out the peachy "bone" colour toilet bowl supplied by HDB contractor. Ok, will keep the door closed at all times with the PD door.

I am oso a happy customer with OM- Joo Seng They will leave us alone till we ask for help. I got Lena who served Bryan Wong during one of the episode of the variety show. Got a side board, 1 side table and sofa. Service is good. Follow up is good too. I remember the display set for the side board does not have a glass panel as I planned to put my amplifier in. But the new set that arrived come with one. They try to arrange the movers to come up my place before CNY to remove it and the back panel for me. I used to own a dining set with them with them for 10 years too. Then a sofa for 2 years till I sold my HDB. So far no complains on their stuff

Why you need to go RC or MP. Mine was all done by HDB. They write letter, get MP to approve the subsidy. I just wait for the letter woh. HDB contractor only gives 1 year warranty and leaking is subject to wear n tear mah So how can you be hold responsible le. At most oso only 1 year
