Actually you can ask if your buyer is going to do the toilet anyway. If yes , can let them choose tiles leh. It is to their benefit woh, new toilet and paid by you. I had the same encounter with you. My hb saw the newspaper last weekend on the warehouse sale and goes aiyo we should have waited. But I was in a hurry to get it on 16 Jan so all my minor reno can get started and complete by tomorrow. I feel Fion at beach road is more willing to give discount. But you have more choice to touch n feel at eunos. At eunos, because of the price quoted, I almost went for a coffee bean style outdoor table n 2 chairs. When I go to Fion, she give me a good discount I go for 2 emerson chairs n 1 tirra side table.
