pinktini, lights budget abt 1k.. toilet stuff and kitchen sinks about 2k.. hob and hood about 700-900.. all these if ure not into very branded stuff and average quality.. rewiring about 1k-2k depending on how much points u do.. hope this helps abit..

hey pinktini! welcome! do note that as with all reno, the final bill usually have alot of add-ons and removals from the quote, and more often than not, the quote is often > than the initial quote one... so look out for more contractors if u have time to slowly do ur reno k..

i cant remem, if u free u go down asia excel in balestier.. they have the baron wc and casanova wc almost side by side.. both looks the same, but the bottom distance of casanova is bigger, so i went for dat.. same price also.. well, for me i wana minimise the cleaning and scrubbing la. hahha, so i got the latter to save me the hassle..

ossify, do note that for tis model of Baron, the distance between the back wall at which the WC is lying against, and the bottom of the WC, is very small... so if ur WC is slot in a tight space, it might be difficult to wash the small gap on the floor between WC and wall..

Day 40 of reno.. Our common bedroom with Ripple's lights, and our mbr study cabinet laminates... good workmanship.. its almost in line for every door! but of cus the ppl who pasted the laminates didnt realise the alphabets got direction one.. so paste wrongly.. but after rectification.. all's good... our vanity top with basin in downlight and in white dish bowl light... cozier in the downlight.. hehh... Our kitchen pull out baskets were done halfway becus PJ gave us 2 different baskets!! different model different size!!! then my carpenter did wrongly!! cus only follow measurements for one basket, which is correct... made me take urgent half day leave just to rush down with these 2 freakin heavy baskets early in the morning to exchange.. lucky can rectify by lengthening the side board... else.... refund!!

hey nolit! heheh we could have passed by each other on Sunday! we were there from Fri-Mon cleaning up.. my total cost for false ceiling was 1.5k too for living area,foyer, and mbr.. i didnt do for bedroom passage way and dining area though.. show more pics of ur lived in condition leh!

Morning Rasp! hehee, yah actually its almost ending already.. left about 6% undone.. my mbr mirror door, 2 mbr wardrobe boards, study cabinet T-joint board, and some small paint jobs... really push henry to his limits becus we cannot have any drilling done after we move in... its actually in a move-in state now... clean like siao really... yup! should be in time for the big day.. hee.. hubby moving in this sunday liaos... yay!
