Hello! I need some help here.. My first appt with HDB in a few days time... We're taking HDB loan and 1st timer grant, but no near parents grant.. What are the things we need to bring? I looked thru the appt letter sent by HDB, but its not exactly clear.. I know the essentials, 5 mths of payslip, 15 mths of cpf contribution NRIC, and photocopies of it.. Income tax? Question is... do we need the original birth cert and photocopies of it? I have photocopies of my birth cert, but lost the original during house moving a few years back.. How ar? will it delay my 2nd appt? pls help.. thankew!

i like the way ur common bathroom turned out! simple and nice with white and dark grey floor tiles.. ur horizontal bars in the shower area for placing shower stuff also gave us some ideas.. thanks! looking forward to more of ur reno updates

art friend at bras basar have something similar.... i think they r selling it as some kinda cd rack.. they sell in 2s and 3s... depending on your requirement of the size u may be able to find it there... not expensive.. abt $18 for the set of 2 which we bought...

hello! I read somewhere that we should allow the refrigerator to sit for at least 2 hours before turning it on to let it settle down.. but.... if we do this, how are we going to test the fridge to make sure its working before the delivery guy runs off?
