How come so many defects on yr side? sounds scary..yr skirting is referring to laminate flooring?

Hi the above items seems pretty same to me as audited by master chang.. except the items are placed in different corners in my house..metal elephant u can go chinatown to find.. salt water in vase is for 'protecting' yr spouse or yrself.. hope it helps

Just an update guys, went down to henry's office for discussion..managed to get a quotation tat's reasonable..all now waiting is the FSM's audit, then we can decide wat to do and not to do, and when we can start reno..awaiting....

ya..actually he's working within my budget..really need some information on furniture and electrical appliance..any lobangs?

Hey guys finally after more than 3 weeks, henry got back to me with a quotation..will be meeting up with him this sat ti further discuss and hopefully finalised some details..for those wanna get quote from him, be prepared to wait for sometime as he really maxed out..did call him few times to chase the quote..till he remember me..told him i got budget constraint..he willingly to help me within the range..will be updating more after this weekend.. cheers
