  8. My terence house has a rooftop antenna which we do not utilise anymore. I will like to remove it as it looks like it's gonna fall off soon. Anyone know of any contractors that still handle rooftop antenna?
  9. Thanks all for the reply. I see the prices quoted for custom-made wardrobe are generally from the range of $198 - $220 per feet. For the calculation, per feet here means psf, i.e. 7.74 ft (height - 236cm) * 6.56 ft (length - 150cm)? Does the per feet cost include sliding door/hinge door, shelvings and poles, or is it priced separately? Sorry for the question as I am new to custom-made furniture. (:
  10. Would it be more expensive compared to IKEA price?
  11. I am planning to build a wardrobe and I'm considering between IKEA and carpentry work. Below are the ideas I gathered from IKEA, Would it be cheaper to buy it off from IKEA with paid assembly service or to have a carpenter build one for me? Hinge door wardrobe $950 235cm (H) x 150cm (L) Sliding door wardrobe $1200 235cm (H) x 200cm (L)
  12. Hi, I am looking to get a Karcher Steam Cleaner. Saw the model I want selling at Tangs for $288. Just wondering is there other place selling cheaper than this?
  13. I thought delivery all along hasn't been free? I'm not trying to rub salt, but shouldn't you inquire about the delivery and its charges prior to your purchase?
  14. screw on downlight does not require ballast as it's built-in. For PLC (i.e. downlight bulb that requires ballast), you need a ballast (duh!). haha It tends to have a shorter lifespan due to the heat, especially for downlights since it's enclosed.
