Hi everbody, just sharing..last time i gt budget to doing my house reno.. lucky my friend recommend contractor is doing parquet flooring. he quote sand & re-vansih parquet floor in my house, the price i thinking is reasonable lo.. 3 bedroom $450 very good n professional. and last time my ids quote me $650, so take out the this item. save $200 wow..
