I can really feel the pain as right now i am looking for a new flat and also reading around regarding renovation stuffs. This is popular gimmick style which all or almost all suppliers would do in order to get the business. It would be best to get everything written black and white on what they promise and must do, no estimated price....

i wonder when they quote high pay is how high? Base on the living standards nowadays, i hardly have any savings left. The current HDB price is too high, i serious doubt i have money left for retirement in future.

donate "10" to hdb too... currently a lot of pple looking for new flats, demand is really too high compare to supply and yet hdb really took their own sweet time to supply. good way of mainten high profit.
