today the cabinets are being installed, carpenters will be coming back tmr to touch up on the kitchen, mbr wardrobe and shoe cabinet... ya lor now need to schedule them accordingly... thanks for offering , by the way din see any pictures on ur living downlights arrangement leh.. mine is just a long small living think the best layout will be that and on advise from the electrician.. erm cos the past few weeks are the normal stuff thus didnt update much.. oh ya the kitchen is not open concept

thought of that when choosing our laminates.. just completed the false ceiling and L box and clearing of debris.. think yesterday was the chemical washing (yet to inspect) was told that painting will be on sat,left only (est.) kitchen cabinets and grilles and other misc stuffs will be installed next yr.. cheers

anyone? was quoted 200+ for a "tana??" roller blind system with black out fabric for my utility room.. is it expensive? they do have the takachiwa (jap brand) system but forgotten abt the price..

Yup william, it had been a long time since u updated on ur blog hi danny, after much discussion, the water pipes issue have been settled.. friday the city gas people will come and install the piping.. now awaiting for false ceiling and L box, carpenter was also there yesterday to confirm kitchen cabinets dimension, MBR wardrobe, shoe cabinet and tv console that will take 2 weeks to manufacture. left only to give the painting colour code to henry....

yup will have grilles only thing is haven fixed up but most probably will put some plants there to prevent ppl as a "barricade" the other side will put a shoe rack lol..ks here...

oh u meant the frosted panel ah.. that i think is not made of glass but acrylic bah... cos it doesnt feel/look like glass to me. as we are along the corridor so to block other's view when passing by thus chose this pattern and is fixed....

ya lor who will use hose to wash? only clean up with newspaper for the glass.. but hor if really use hose water that flow out will be to the corridor mah is not much of problem

erm, the below frosted fixed panel cant be view from the outside only the top panel which is able to...cos the unit beside us also doing the same..but theirs top panel also abit frosted...will be fixing grilles up soon

bro rondy, the panel below is fixed and i have steps near the door.. had tried tip toed with my height (1.7m+) in order to peep inside.. but eventually think will install blinds there
