wow. that's alot of damage. But what have they done that most of the lights not working? They've been living in darkness? aircon leakage...hmm...if changing aircon, so doesn't matter also right? By the way, letter box lock can change anot? where to buy the locks?

hello merryman, from what I know, If you always on your aircon for long period of time, and everyday, then a inverter aircon is better because the cost savings will be more obvious. This is what I always thought to be. E.g, you on aircon at night daily, and also on it whenever you're in the study room, then a inverter will be a better choice? however, if you only on it to cool the room at night, then later on switch to fan, then a non-inverter will be preferred. am i right to say this?

hello Marcussy and chipydale, please count me in. but i'm far from being your neighbour. My future nest is in Sengkang. I will be getting my keys in July. So far we only went to IMM and "steal" ideas from those IDs. Ideas "stolen" are only layout. No one will draw the 3D for us to see wiithout having us to commit. But read that IDs are so expensive. Contractors will be within our budget as we're revamping the whole house too.

hello smartie, Can I check if you're using a one piece toilet bowl? Went to check around the toilet bowls and the salegirl say there's 1-piece and those HDB type. The salesgirl told us 1-piece nicer but price more ex. That's all. But actually what is the difference? I'm new to this forum. My friend told me I can learn alot here. And indeed, I can also see alot VERY BEAUTIFUL renovation. Your toilet is one very nice piece. Earthy tone type. Just the type of colour I want for my toilets.
