  1. hi, do you have a picture of the whole shower screen in another angle, looking into the shower area. cos I wanted to do a shower screen, but doing a casement one, means when i open the glass shower screen door, it will hit the shower mixer. so we gave up the idea was very sad cos I wanted a shower screen all along...
  2. Closet Design just installed my WIW. the workmanship is good so far under no lightings, as my house lightings are not up yet. I won't go for Ikea, cos their things, esp carpentry don't last. Heard complains about their laminates.
  3. If I did not remembered wrongly, getting from woei lee is cheaper than getting from EXPO. Those in EXPO are the distributor hence the price is slightly higher, whereas woei lee is the supplier.

  17. hi ynove welcome to sengkang. I have a similar layout as yours. but yours is a move in condition whereas mine need a overhaul. All the hacking and renovation really can burn a big hole in pocket sial. Looking forward to see more pictures of your unit. =)
  18. Hmm....why don't you get different pple/co. and coordinate yourself - paint whole house - get from company doing painting, or paint yourself by asking group of frens to help? - chemical wash whole house - if you're not doing any wetwork, then no need chemical washing ah. - change 3 bedrms doors - maybe you can source your own door and ask if they can provide installation. - change 2 toilets bowls and basins to new one - go to the shop and buy the toilet bowls and basins and ask if they have any plumber to recommend to help install Below you can engage electrician to help - change whole house switches - reposition some lightings - do 1 extra SCV point
  19. that contractor too much leh. minor reno also cost money mah. he can't earn much therefore don't want, where got like that... so now, whats your new plan? If the condition is move in, then save the money, with some wallpaper and new coat of paint and furnishing, also can be very nice, especially when this layout is condo style
  20. haha, yalor was very qiao then. I put in more effort for the Studio photoshoot cos I even watch my diet b4 the shoot. But after the shoot, I din really control what goes into my stomach, but of cos I make sure I dun look round on AD. Worse thing, got to sleep early before the AD and don't drink so much water before you sleep, else water retention at eyes and face. My makeup artist even warn me no putting of toner or moisturiser that morning, else makeup difficult to stay put. Officially married = Officially can put on wieght.
  21. hi, from my personal experience, the corner area will not be easily assessed. so a "pullout" tray will be better. My previous house, had such a corner, and no pullout tray, so end up I used to store rags. But as years goes by, more things input to that area, and what I stored there initially was pushed in and well-forgotten till the day I move house so perhaps you might want to consider installing that tray so that it will not become a "dead" corner shelving
  22. 4 Oct, that WAS my big day!! I remembered other than birdnest, I put mask on my face every night - in a way my face feels firm, smooth, fair and BRIGHT on that day. Even went for facial every fortnightly. I even make an effort to put moisturiser on arms and legs faithfully every night. haha....but i was only so hardworking pre-wedding, after that, putting masks becomes a hassle now.
  23. actually i agree with you. but i dare not just trust the digital lock for the main door alone. for me, the digital lock comes in handy when i just need to go downstairs for awhile, or pop by neighbour's place, or throw rubbish at the chute outside. But If goes to work and no one at home, I will still prefer to double secure it with a lock at the gate.
  24. hi i would like to check, is there only one way of undermounting the sink? similar to the one posted by jtec14 whereby the silicon is seen.... or is there another way of undermounting.. mind share your sink pictures if doing undermount?
