Bro, In general, spray paint finish is exp. I am guessing that you are going for Victorian/ European feel. If yes, so am I However I'd changed from spray paint finish to laminate finish and that help to bring down the cost by as much as 1/3. Hope this helps.

Thanks js.. mine is at GardenVista @ Bt Timah area. How abt urs? My condo doesn't allow awning. Bcos BCA doesn't allow that as the development had 'exhausted' the usable land. So here's the tricky part bcos my patio is included in the title deed. But y awning is not allowed?! Something that I need to find out more.
