quality comes at a price. i believe the $15/sqft is for the high-end one, which allows u to see thru at night even when light is on. this is a feature which other brands will not have. anyway, coming back, be it 3M or Sunshield or watever brand, heat will still penetrate through after "x" amt of time. question is how much heat.

personally, i'd think that they r pretty much similar in terms of quality. to me, end of e day, it boils down to its aesthetics that u want to achieve for your overall decor.

in theory, all these items can be dismantled n taken away if the seller choose to do so. hence to be on e safe side, u should get e seller to commit n put it down in black n white if u want them, n the seller agree. this is to prevent any future mis-understanding. hope this helps.

it all depends on how comfortable u r with that ID u r talking to. for me, i'd been to at least 10 n most of them i'm quite comfortable with. but ultimately u'll have to choose 1. so i'd advice u to talk to them a few more times n then make ur decision form there. for me, 1 thing i noticed is that Adrian does not push u into a decision. he'll happily listen to ur requirements, give u ideas n then work out an itemised quote for u to digest.

kilowatts hr is just taking kw * hr. meaning to say, in ur case, turning on a 300 watts devide for 1 hr will be 3 kilowatts hr and 2 hrs will be 6 kilowatts hr.

to me, whether its full HD or HD ready is not that impt. bcos: 1) only ch5 is available in HD at the moment 2) u need a HD set-top in order to view HD program in full HD but of cos, if u r watching dvds or blu-rays most of e time, then it'll be better to get full HD, for better visual experience. just my personal thoughts.
