hehe for dining i think not so suitable lor. cos wat r e chances that u will use the change color effect while having dinner right? in my case, my mother likes the 7-color changing effect. so have to buy for her. hehe

for me, i chose Legrand Mallia, champgne gold series. cos i feel that it looks more classy i use them at areas where it is visible. for eg switches in living, dining, rooms etc. then for areas where they're concealed, i used the normal MK type. for eg, in tv console, behind fridge, in the store room etc. coming back to ur question, i believe all switches out there r more or less the same. it all boils down to its design n color availability

bro, 1 way is to 'act blur'. like in my case, i jus wanna change wc, my mgmt office also tell me to get PE approval! wtf! its just wc.... so if u ask me, mgmt office only goes by "by right". if u r confident, just go "by left" lor. hope this helps.

this is the completed altar, together with its 'residents' 1 minor problem though, as my electrician is not available these few days, the wires were not being able to concealed n left dangling by the side. luckily this is a 'solve-able' problem

bro seashell, i dunno how bad ur problem is from ur pic, but here's mine to share (taken last evening): as u can see here, it is very dusty as the reno works r still ongoing. e tiles had been laid for ~3weeks i used water to try to rinse the dusts and it seems 'ok' to me. though e floor is not totally dry, but can still see tat dusts aint sticking to it etc

it really depends on various factors like: - size of tv (u wouldnt want to put a small 32" on a 9ft wall, right?) - design of the feature wall (need really innovative design to bring out the grandness) - ur budget (cos e bigger it is, e more it cost) u can see my t-blog for tv feature wall design. it costs me almost 2K

hmm bro, i also chose this tiles for our bathroom floor. my reno is still on-going and will only be completed this week. i'll comment further after my HO to see if i still see any dust stains or whatsoever. but sure is scary to learn this

our place was in quite a mess on Tuesday. cos almost all the carpentry were in, together w e hood, hob, oven, kitchen sink + tap, w.c + basins + taps + accessories etc etc well it was a good mess i must say living area mess dining area mess
