put technology aside. price should never be a concern. go for 1 that makes u feel comfortable. cos wat's ex may not be good and wats cheap may not be bad. u gonna spend at least 1/3 of ur life on that mattress.

i 3rd for Cellini too.... just purchased their $1998 package for sofa, bedframe, mattress. also purchased their dining chair @ $110 per piece. pm me if you want the contact for the sales person who served me. very knowledgeable and patient. most importantly, GOOD SERVICE

mine charges me $120/ft run, without the top as I m going for black galaxy granite top. is tat consider cheap?

bro, i also facing e same air-con problems (or i should say dilemma) as u. but i'd decided to keep it for now due to budget constraints. reason being that, like wat u say, replacing cost is ~S$5K. my current household power bill (with aircon on for 2-3hrs every night in 2 rooms) comes up to ~S$150/ month. assuming those ang-mors note is true, if i change, tat means every month i shave $60 off my power bill. S$5000/ S$60 = 83mths = 6.9yrs. n this is based on UP TO 40%. if the saving is < 40%, then we r looking at longer "ROI". with tat said, i think i'll hang on to my new house aircon for the time being. unless i so sway n it broke down within these 2 mths. hahaha

personally i think Cellini is on the mid to, n probably a little bit, high range. hence i think their price is quite reasonable. with regards to novena, i'd bought from them before. their low-priced stuffs r really bang for the buck. but dun expect too much. for eg, i'd bought a 3+2 pu leather sofa from them abt 1yr ago for $399. when u sit down, u can feel e woody structure underneath. hence that's wat i mean by dun expect too much good luck in ur hunt zio!!

haha well then i'd suggest that see any shop, just stop n go in..... try to cover as many as possible lor..... hehe i would be going that area tmrw...

i'd had good experience at the IFC outlet. was being served by a v knowledgeable lady. after looking around for 2 weeks, i think most prob i'll get their 2998 package, which i'll go for king size mattress n bedframe and 3-seater sofa. dun think any others can give such good deal. there's also wide range of fabrics to choose from.
-
Cellini has got a package @ 1998 and 2998. both package comes with: a) 3-seater genuine leather sofa b) mattress c) bedframe i'm thinking of getting a set from them. wanna buy together n get more discount?

Got Any Idea For Altar?
Batman replied to Prune's topic in RENOVATION IDEAS: Interior Design Themes, Space Planning
his altar cost him abt low side of 1K+ cos his was some months back n he didnt remember e details liao. and for me, recently i'd spoken to a few ids and their quote is also around 1K+ also. so i guess u can take it from there... good luck Prune -
how's ur reno getting along? any pics to share?
-
nice glass door for ur kitchen bro. i will also want mine in glass, but it will be sliding instead of pull open as for ur problem, i think its a case of slight mis-alignment which is y it is scrapping e paint off. maybe ask jason's guys to align properly for u again lor? speaking of the 'open-house' is it too late for me to join in? i m staying in woodlands. so if u dun mind, i'd like to join e 'gang' n drop by to look see
-
quite a few ids also advice me on partial suspended kitchen cabinets. cos personally i feel that full base a bit 'orh-biang' and full suspended not tat practical. so partial is best of both worlds
