hehe must be my camera too power liao. make a 10yrs old place look so 'not bad' yeah i took e pics while owner still there.... cannot lar. e place look a bit run down at the kitchen and toilet area. i agree w u that e living, dining n rooms r acceptable. however both of us prefer to do it up in e way we want. hence went ahead w reno decision lor

thanks sista... yeah Adrian managed to come up with some good designs. of course, we also play our part by scouring magazine after magazine n then showing him how we want the design. then he took it from there n improvise a bit. for e record, both e TV feature wall in living n MBR r his last revision. luckily can pass both of our 'standard'! hahaha about big/ XL etc, trust me, e pics n perspective drawings r REALLY quite deceiving. they arent that big afterall, especially e kitchen n common toilet. will share some pre-reno pics in another post.

our furnishing are mainly from Cellini. found that their package is very attractive and the items fit our needs. on top of that, we were lucky to have a nice lady (by e name Dian) that served us and managed to get us quite a fair bit of "specials" Our king mattress + bed frame except that we opt for this color combo: Relax chair in MBR

gonna keep it short n sweet. we'd just started our reno today. HUAT AH!!! here's our layout: luckily its quite squarish, hence its easier for us to arrange and plan our layout.

if i were u, i dun think i'll take tat. reason being that do u foresee e item being faulty within these 5yrs? on top of that, wat r e chances that u chg/ upgrade to another set right? also these r so-called stationery item unlike washing machine/ fridge. just my thoughts

its a willing seller, willing buyer market bro. even if it really went up by 10%, n u still like e place, u'll still buy rite? my fren just bought a 5rm at Telok blangah at ard 600K. n my EC is just a tad more. but its not in central. e maths n logic is simple. depends on wat u want n how much $ is considered much to u lor.

got 2 frens using this (cant remember e model though) and feedback fr them is that its 'good' to have. meaning dun expect too much as it will not beat normal vacum machine. n bcos they have it, so might as well use it. if not its a almost 1K white elephant parking at 1 corner. ps: btw these 2 frens do not knw each other.

congrats on ur start of reno!!! u should go to this link to create ur blog: http://www.renotalk.com/forum/index.php?showforum=50 and then click on "New Topic" icon, located on the right-hand side, near the top. as for uploading pictures, photobucket.com is a good place that u can do it. remember to choose "800x600" dimension when u r uploading as it will automatically downsize the pics for u so that u dun have to do it urself hehe u can ask Adrian for lights n kitchen eq for lobang as he has quite a lot.
