Yah, money hard to come but easy go! But I guess your costs are mainly in the carpentry works of the wardrobes for the rooms, your vanity top and cabinet in toilet, the dresser, alter table, shoe cabinet and TV consoles. Your living room may look simple but all you need is just to do a little bit to dress it up! We also didn't spend a lot on it doing up ours. Actually those hob and oven together are very common so it is ok as long as they's adequate space and they're properly placed and layout.

The prices went up so much! I sold my AMK 3-room (68 SQM) flat in Nov-07 for $180K, after staying there for almost 28 years. Now a similar 3-room flat is going for at least $220K or more. But luckily I bought my current Fernvale flat from HDB before it goes up in price too.

Thanks! It's my wife's idea to paint the wall RED, and she actually painted some 90% of it on her own! The sofa is long as we were worried that it could be too big but it does fits our living area nicely. Good that it is adjustable though. But WHITE is simply high maintenance, wahahaa...

Eh last night I was in my 1st room and happen to look out of the window and saw a slim, slender lady in white lowering the blinds in your unit! She just press something on the wall and the blinds shoot down. That's you ah so how can you both be fat pigs huh? Wahhaha...
