Just installed the storeroom racks at the bomb shelter. Got them for Fong Sheng Woodwork Industrial - Mr William Koh. It's a boltless system where it's easy to install and dismantle. I chosen him over the others as William uses 12mm thick plywood whereas most of others uses the 9mm ones, and the price are about the same. Each shelf can support about 100kg of load.

It is wasted but this is Fernvale and HDB is still building more flats to turn it into a vibrant mini-town (I hope), so just hope they will build sensibly...

Haha, please dun eh. Do read up more of those reno and house decor books... you'll learn a lot! My wife and myself are quite DIY in nature and we also wanted to cut certain costs, that's why. It's a fun and satisfying thing getting involved in your own home reno. If you can afford the time, seriously consider DIY in some areas!

Very professional and responsible plumber! Unlike mine which is expensive and poor workmanship. He applied the silicon and just uses his fingers to smooth it without any protection for my granite top. He also cracked a tile of my bathroom while installing the rainshower set, and I only noticed 2 weeks ago he didn't install the mixer level with the wall! And that rainshower installation costs me $90 which I could have done it myself! He also charged me $60 to install a bidet and extend the pipe, which I think is very costly. At first he used copper pipes but after that I request him to change all to stainless steel ones since I am already paying such high charges. Anyway, enough of my complaining! Sorry ah... So Rasp your renovations are completed?? Do show more completed photos yah?
