The tiler has soaked the wall tiles in the water before laying; it is to prevent the tiles to crack. So I think it should not have any contraction and expansion issue.

We have moved back to our place before CNY. I must say that Mr Yeak has done a good job for us too. And his after sales service was good too . When we need his assistance, he will sure send his guy to our place without second word. We are lucky to engage him to renovate our home. Thumb up for his great service.

It has been another week. Carpentry and glass works are done. Pending works left are the feature wall at dining area; minor touch up and painting works. Will post more picture this weekend when my main gate is up. Hurray! The hand-over date is getting nearer and nearer

The carpentry will start today. Ya, after painting and washing, the house looked big and shiny . The handover is on 17 Jan. Hope we can have it earlier. Outstanding works are the carpentry; glass work and touch up. There is another coat of painting after carpentry work.

Ya, progressing well. It feels good to see there are movements in the house. Still installing sanitarywares, re-wiring and cornices. Surprise to see some of the cornices are up already. Will update photos when both toilets sanitarywares are installed.
