I need to shift in so fast coz i already sold my house and by right need to shift out last month but the buyer allowed us to stay till late next month when we take over the new house keys....but recently the buyer asked us to let them have a room to shift in earlier so we bo bian must shift out once take the keys lor Actually the seller for our new house at first said we can shift in earlier but when we were at the hdb 1st appt, they suddenly said must drag as long as possible for the 2nd appt coz they still haven't find a house and also need to outstation! Walao sibeh frustrated!

Fyi I am now staying at fernvale and walking distance to jln kayu to makan pratas and teh talek As for that food court you can try their 煮炒 lor...quite nice

I found a contractor recently and he quoted me around 3k for the minor works tat I wished to do Pm me if u would like to have the contact I planning to shift all my stuffs into the new house once i got the keys and then let the contractor carry out the required works, while i temporary stay in my parents house

No choice lor, guess minor reno will face this kinda problems Its more/less move in condition lor, just need to do : - paint whole house - change whole house switches - chemical wash whole house - reposition some lightings - change 3 bedrms doors - change 2 toilets bowls and basins to new one - do 1 extra SCV point - tic tac door for bomb shelter (optional) 26th Oct then collect keys and I need to get all done up by end of the month....quite a challenge to contractor

Mentioning of this kinda layout pissed me off....initially thought its a rather good layout coz I can hack off the kitchen entrance wall and mininize the kitchen size, thus making the hall bigger. But to my surprise my contractor told me no point in doing tat as the beam at the kitchen entrance wall is too low, there will be no different if hack the wall off....thus no choice had to drop the idea.... And due to tat the contractor decided to drop my deal without informing me coz I m only doing some minor reno works.... Initially the seller for my new house said can let us shift in early but during the 1st appointment at HDB they told the officer to schedule the 2nd appointment to the latest possible date! Reason being have not found a place and will be outstation for 1week! Everything is so SCREWED UP :bangwall:

If build school tat will be quite a distance away also coz my block and the field got 2 lanes apart lor....so dun think the noise pollution will be a big issue. Lets pray hard that it will be remain untouch
