Orh...The Doors are from www.bestindustrial.com.sg they have a showroom at 3rd level.You can drop by their showroom. They got many types of door from cheap to very exp.Just tell them your budget,they will recommend you. Nicer one like veneer door they selling at $200 with installation if wan silver line top up $80.They got a lot of colour to choose from. (Photo taken from handphone so the quality quite poor) Another type looked like veneer but at a cheaper price $180 with installation and round lockset.Also got a very dark colour which looked very nice,at 1st we wanted this but due to budget so just stick to classic door.

And also brought similiar built in wardrobe during Expo exhibition last weekend. 5ft at $1300(with mirror ; the interior compartment,you can design as you like) (Photo courtesy from one of our forumer as i forgot to take photo during the purchase)

Was shopping around last weekend,things we bought are : $230(Dark Blue WC with supply,install and dispose of old wc) $110per door w/o door frame with installation and standard accessories(White Classic Door for storeroom ) $130per door w/o door frame(White Classic Door for 2 bedrooms)

The condition to us is still acceptable.We also have corroded piping in one of the toilet,no kitchen cabinet,no doors etc.Will post some photos later on. Previous owner did reno once 9 years ago,but not overhaul.So have to do some touch up works.

Bedok North 3NG 6th floor COV15K (simple condition with floorings) OTP 1st Jan 2010

Can book a BTO and buy a resale provided don't take HDB loan and grant?Is it true? Anyway,last night went to view a 3NG unit in Bedok,minimal renovation needed coz no kitchen cabinet and no doors.The owner asking ard 20k.We quite like unit.We are thinking offer 10k,but we doubts the owner will accept.The valuation is on the way.Viewed 2 others units,not to our liking.But 1 is within our budget (2nd floor) but condition not so good,no electricity when viewing,a lot crockcrouch crawling in the house.

Me same destiny as u...... Total Units = 14 units My queue no = 207 out of 520 applicants Haiz......Have to go for 3 rooms resale.....no choice....think the ealiest 1st appt date for resale is Mar next year...think ealiest date i finally got my home is next year Apr liao.......sad..another 1/2 year times

This is my 2nd attempt only.But if this time fail...we will go for resale already,even though we don't have any cash.We will go and look for ard 10k COV flat(hopefully have) then apply for bank instant personal credit to pay for the COV.Then credit card 0% installment for furnishing.I think no one done it this way before,but we are desperate for flat.If we continue to try,don't know need to wait how many years......

I applied Tampines.In fact,i can apply under MCPS but the flats where my parents stay(Bedok,Geylang) all got problems,so no choice have to choose Tampines and lost the priority.

I received the HDB letter also.Stated that i am first timer got 2 chances.And the result will out end NOV.Wondering if everyone will get the letter?How come some haven't get?

Somehow i think this time Nesh will get a flat...Coz you applied many times oredy.Frm the HDB website,the more times u fail the more chances you gain.(Don't know how true is that).Somrmore u went to HDB office and slamed on their table...So they shld have your "record" and put more attetion on your application.Anyway i also nvr received any notice frm HDB when the result will out.So just wait......

Which area are you balloting?

Tomorrow is the last day of submittion le.........We have submited our application and choosen Tampines Hopefully can get.....*Pray hard*

Hi Everyone, Finally there is sale release from HDB.We have been waited for months already.The procedure this time is a bit different.Have to choose the area before ballot.So went to view some units in the area we wanted.Some of the units the door have been splash by paint.The previous owner must have borrowed from loanshark and run away.Wonder if we happen to buy those unit,will the loanshark come and harras us?Some of the flats in this sales the price is quite high though.Can't decide which area to choose..........
