U really need to factor in the furnishing...... all range from a few hundred to thousand plus, but everything add to quite an amount... U can breakup ur reno in 2 phases or more depending on ur budget.... do the essential ones 1st lor, for mi i onli do the kitchen, living & MBR, rest onli can do it maybe nxt yr or so.

Ur floor plan is the same as above, except that the main door is on the right side of the living instead of left. Hope this help.....

since u r gg to redo the console.... maybe u can move the console slightly higher..... or other way is that u can take out one of the drawer on the right so that ur subwoofer fit in....

I totally agree.... subwoofer need to place on the floor for best effect, else it will sound hollow...

know where to get cheap but nice lighting?
