Hi, i would like to renovate my kitchen. Any companies or contractors that specialises in kitchen? I appreciate if anybody can give some suggestions or reoomendations. I remember there used to be a "Classic Kitchen" in Katong. They do have some of the best quality kitchens though pricey. Any idea if they are still around? Cheers.

Hi, anybody has suggestions on kitchen doors? I have a really small kitchen and am looking for a door to prevent dirty my living room when cooking. I would prefer a non-glass one due to safety reasons. Any suggestions of contractors? Possible to get one below $300? Secondly, i lost my main door keys and would like to change the lock. Where can i buy a main door lock, and how much does it cost? Can i install myself by unscrewing it?

Any ideas how to remove those stains from glossy surfaces like TV consoles, shoe cabinets, bomb shelter feature wall etc? I am using Lemon pledge and it is incredibly tiring. Any better solutions? Can autosol be used? Hope to get some advice, in case i spoil the furnitures.

Hi guys, for my 92sqm 4 rm flat, i have been receiving conflicting advices from sales reps as well as friends. Since i have 3 small bedrooms which i intend for installation of aircons, some sales reps have been telling me about how inverter ones are attributing towards savings of around 50percent of electricity bills. A few others on the contrary said that if it is for home usage and that the aircons are typically switched on for only short period of time, ie from late night to early morn of around 6-7hrs, or during usage of study rooms during the evenings for a couple of hours, inverters WOULD NOT be significant, as savings would amount to be almost negligible. As inverter aircons typically cost almost 50percent more, what are the advices of you guys, and which group of sales reps are telling the truth? Lastly, is it true that Mitsubishi ones are overwhelming superior to the rest of the brands? Many thanks.

Hope anybody can help me with these doubts. 1) Any particular brands of "Black Galaxy" granite i should choose for my kitchen? Any differences or all the same? 2) How do i tell if the laminated floor is varnished recently? I am planning to get HDB to re-varnish again, as i have just collected the keys. However, i understand from the HDB officer that prior to balloting, they have already varnish once. 3) Any particular window grills recommended? I understand some are plastic, some are aluminium. What price range should i be paying? 4) Where can i get Blum? I am hoping to buy them, and pass to my ID, as their capentry for the kitchen cabinet is of a different brand. Is it the one at Upper Bukit Timah, Kiang Sing Hong Hardware? 5) Which shops sells the nicest ceiling fans??
