i agree with doodbug. the ceilings are higher for 3/4th fl mansionette. mine's the same @ sin ming ave. you'll enjoy the spaciousness. crossing my fingers for lift upgrade. they said it's coming. check with your town council. congrats on your successful purchase. -
Potential feature ID shots: Next step, I need to work on the styling.

Thanks booy. Good eye. It was my dining table from my old apartment recycled as a work/study table.

Thank BunBun. Yes, I'm the neat type. That's why I chose the minimalist uncluttered theme. Right now, I'm just unpacking and setting up the furniture. Can't stand the mess I haven't started on the styling yet. I'll work on the finishing touches for each room later this week - art, plants, decorative pieces, etc. So the pics are looking quite stark right now.

Thanks Rasp. The balcony isn't done yet. I'm waiting for the Electrolux technician to come repair my washer/dryer. The dryer fell off my washer when it went on spin. Can't do my laundry now The feature will look better when I put together the furniture and greenery.

Completed unpacking Living Room and Reception Area: Will finish unpacking the kitchen and bedrooms tomorrow.
-
yes, you're quite right. i've left art shopping last so i know what size and style will suit the furnishing.
-
you can do it like mine. add castor wheels to a normal table. i bought 2 tables. one as an island and the other as dining. when i entertain, i push both tables together and make a long table for 10.

Only half-way done unpacking. I'm exhausted Think I'll call it a night. Spending my 1st night in my new bedroom. Yippee!

welcome to the copper tile club. you can take a look at mine for comparison: maybe it's the lighting, but your grout looks a little too pink.

you guys should check out the JKZ inverter model. the design is sleek, pretty quiet and the airflow quite powerful. plus it's eco-friendly.

hi voxy yes, i bought the xxl size so it's more ex. the one you found is the mini-version of the same lamp: http://itreusa.com/item.php?category=6&product=82. not as dramatic as the big one: http://itreusa.com/item.php?category=6&product=88 i bought the wall lamp from lc lighting centre @ balestier (shaw plaza). it's an outdoor light from belgium, costs $265. the white zinc balcony doors are to cover the washer/dryer, gas water heater & rubbish chute (behind far right door): i'm planning to grow a vertical garden of creeping plants starting from the top shelves. on my to-do list to visit the nursery. thanks for the tips on hydroculture. will be going for white orchids for the living room and big potted plants for the balcony.
-
yes, that's the range. it costs a little over $2k.
-
thanks. it's by iTre, an italian range at Lumiere.
