    We went to HC (balestier rd) yesterday for a quote. Totally disappoineted with the attitude of the people ther. They behave as if they dont need our business. The ID who met us was very aloof and stand offish as if he was doing a favour by listening to us ... he didn't seem interested in listeing to us and never offered any ideas or suggestions ... we are never going to go back to them
