we are thinking of getting rainshower in our mbr toilet. Our new flat (resale - 25 yrs old) has only 10 levels and our flat is locate on the 9th floor (2nd tallest)... from wat i heard, for old flats the higher the level, the lesser the water pressure>> thus it is not suitable for getting rainshower due to the small pressure. is it true?? If i die die want a rainshower in my mbr toilet>> what is the recommend brand and size i should get??? I heard from my fren, give my location 9th /10th floor, i need at least 20+ Litres of storage heater in order to get good pressure for rainshower

same question here>> how do we install the LED ???cos if i want to replace Downlight with led, how do i run the lighting wires or where shld i plan the light points ??

hmmm where to get the leds??? all the ID can supply LED in their lighting design?

Is it advisable for me to sign a ID package (design + reno) now (b4 my 1st appt)_? I scare something might cock up for my 1st appt leh...then wat will happen to the ID $$$

I met up with Sean from IDeal House again.. The reno we are going to have is quite a overhaul>> 1)hacking and tiling for whole house 2)32 ft kitchen cabinet (top and down) with full glass backing 3) 3ft full height shoe cabinet + 2 ft settee with divider above near the doorway 4) 6ft feature wall 5)6ft console table 6)L-shape false ceiling 7) 17.5ft solid surface top 8)13ft L shape wardrobe 9) 10mm glass shower screen with handle 10) 4 doors + 1 main doors + 1 wrought iron gate 11) windows + grills 12) full re-wirings The reno quotes we got so far ranges from 35K to 38K But Sean gave us around $33K We updated our design and he gave us a revise price on the spot. he is very frank with his pricing and creative with his designs.. so far, we like him alot.. BUT anyone has any working experience with him???

just went to take a look at one of the "live" project of Ideal design (handled by Shawn). workmanship is quite good and the carpentry are all quite excellent. He is very frank about the design and the material used for our theme (clean cut + modern theme) For me, i am quite cost orientated, so he will tell me certain materials/design that will achieve my theme but will not cost that much. very honest and practical.... suite me =D next week will be meeting him to see what 3D drawing (1 piece) , proposed layout and budget will he gaive us.... i hope it is within our budget + suites our demands >>> 30K inclusive of overhaul reno+ wardrobe + electrical *pray pray*

just went to Ideal design studio yesterday . ID was shawn. (not much comments on him so far... any hse was renovated by him?? Our 1st impression is that his design and suggestions very practical/functional >> matches our them simple & clean cut + modern design We told him our budget $35 to 30K with electrical + overhaul thingy.. he told us he can come up with some thing which matche our requirements He even told us not to have feature wall for TV as it will incur a big cost (is it true??). He will think of some good designs He also agreed to give us a perspective drawing + space layout of the tv wall + bring us to a few viewing of his projects next week .... (i wonder will he call us??) So far, his service is the BEST!!! Helpful and quite happy to try to stick to our budget. Our floor plan
