Hi, I am living in a condo for 5 years. Currently, i observed there are holes in the structured wall above the false ceiling in my kitchen area. Is there any recommendation for contractor for this kind of repair works? I understand there are concealed pipes above the false ceiling which is constructed by the developer. Can the repairworks carry on without dismantling the whole false ceiling? Thank you. Regards Martin
