hi i love your place. it is really raw and messy in a nice bold way. very hard to find such nice place like yrs. i realised many forumers who claimed they like such design, but the outcome of their house usually turned out very straight lace and boring, cookie cutter as my gf like to call it. congrats

hi, very sorry if my reply comes too late. the whole thing excluding the pull out shelves, sink and cooker stuff. it cost ard 1,800 to 2k. the reason besides the raw look of it, we like bcos maintenance is pretty low. we heard too many stories abt the those very expensive kitchen worktop that got stained and scratches if you don't take care immediately. of cos we still have to wipe away after dripping any oil or stains.

I think I can't find anybody who could do the worst cement screed flooring job like them. They are the worst.

hi, thanks we love the decal too and it's custom-made. we took almost an hour to paste to the wall the above is my common toilet where we only have one rain shower and a wc, they are separated by a tempered glass panel master room-as for the master room, only wc and was basin. it's nearly impossible to fix in a shower screen due to space constraint master room wc

hi, my floor is still a HUGE disaster, too bad u guys can't see from the pictures. rem to get your ID/ Contractors to use self levelling compound to achieve the super smooth and even effect. mine is really HAND MADE so you will see the uneveness of the strokes even though they buffered the floor. i have to use a floor rug to cover partial of the floor. how's your renovation so far?

hi ossify, ya u were right, the table and legs and chairs are all from ikea. hi MohGuan, as for my track lights, i did not use halogen lights cos it gets very hot and heavy consumption of electricity. mine is actually energy saving bulk, they called in Par30 i think. i got from chan huat (sammi is the sales person who is extremley helpful and patient)

hi both my toilet walls are cement screed and my living hall flooring. flooring cost ard 1.2k with stainless steel strips. but i learnt my lesson, dun believe any so called ID who claimed they can do. apparently to achieve a smooth and even effect you have to use self levelling compound. drill your contractor to show you their past workmanship first.

hi all, The workers just grind n polished but the skirting are still old, dented, scratches and quite dull. so diff from the floor. My I'd said that is the best they can do for my skirtings. Is tat true?
