Just wanna find somewhere to complain... while laying the new tiles (grey color), the tiler chiped off my existing tile (the other color) haiz.... look at the alignment of the tiles also... before after

sorry I don't get what you mean. Shouldn't the whole kitchen cabinet cover by laminate? btw, the carpenter came and changed that portion today. I asked him about the edges and he said it is like that because they filed the edges and accidentally filed the surface as well. Those edges are sharp previously. I wonder why the edges are sharp in the first place if it is out from the factory and if they did a QC before fixing up the cabinet.

Acid wash liao. These photo are taken after acid wash. I also wash the tile myself but still the same. The original pattern is the whole piece has the same color, not darker at some edges.

How come the tile will become like that ya? See the image below circled in RED. A few days after the tiler laying the toilet floor tiles, the edges become like that. My contractor say it is normal but I don't believe.

Hi, I need a fair judgement for the workmanship of my kitchen cabinet. Look at the below image 1. Most of the edges and corners are like that. I check liao and confirmed it is not glue. Is it normal? Is the workmanship normal/average, poor, good? My contractor said 90% of his customers will say this is good! I'm not satisfied with the workmanship like that and I asked him whether he can do something about it and he said ok. A few days later, I saw one portion of the laminate is being removed (see image below). I worry that if the carpenter put back that piece of laminate back to its original position, there might be a black line in between. Previously that whole portion is one whole piece. I wonder why he needs to remove one portion like that.

I currently engaged Henry from I.D. Note to renovate my kitchen and two toilets. I have a question to ask the experts here. A few days after my new floor tiles are lay, i see those mark (circled in RED). Is it normal? As you can see, almost all the edges of each tile are affected, not just the one I circled.

I also engaged Henry and currently he's doing my house. I asked him to hack and lay my two toilet floor and re-build my kitchen cabinet. As I have went through about 3 renovation works (my house before wedding, my parent's place and currently my house again after wedding) within the past 1.5yrs, I would say among the 3 contractors, I'm least satisfied with Henry from I.D. Note so far. Hope he can change my impression in the end.

How long does it take you to complete applying the whole house?
