Certainly not true. There is no difference in the customer service between Foreign banks and Local banks. Warning/Lawyer's letters will come from any bank if you are late on your payment. p.s. Try to pay your installment on time if not you will have difficulties on getting your loans approve in the future, not only from your current bank but also from other banks too.
