i continued my reno with the soh brothers from mega way builders. they are pretty good, though they specialise mainly in landed property.

hi. is it true that carpenters need not be registered with hdb if they only specialise in carpentry? that is, no hacking and tiling etc

hi sorry i jumped the gun. already made the police report. reference number G/20100710/2183 anyone who has made, or will be making their spf reports, can quote my report number. it'll be great too for those who have made the report to list down theirs. my officer seems not to be able to locate earlier reports. perhaps i'm the first?

nope. she did not. but then, that's because i did not ask. still not in a hurry. fyi, we are already living in the unit.

met up with florence last night. my unit was left untouched for three months. she informed me she will be handling all the 'old' projects herself. she told me too i will have my carpenter arriving at my unit next week. i sure hope everything is going to be okay, as i too had paid more that the amount of work done. dsman
