Hi, maybe his so called HDB project is a hoax... when my house is near HO, there's a malaysia guy who say ah soon LAST TIME is doing some HDB job, and concentrate more on renovation more than HDB. Now he don't even touch HDB jobs... He is staying in marsiling rise. So what even you look for him? Seeing a 50+ uncle? Bash him up? Later he say i will settle all your things, but in the end, NOTHING at all. Eventually he will say i got no money now, i got only a life, you want it? This nightmare causes sleepless night, work affected, home affected, money loss, time loss, effort loss. All thanks to Ah soon...

Hi, i have moved on and go ahead with all the renovations... it was a nightmare. Money loss, and gain a lot of experience. Just moved in on Monday and settle down Ah Soon dun dare to answer any calls now, he like to use this trick, i am broke now, you all pay me some money and i buy the goods for u all and do your house. In the end, take the owner's money buy a bit and the rest for other houses. During the nightmare, the window grills contractor claim he owe him 4k, tiler 4k, solid top $7k, carpentry 20k+ plumbling, electrician, cornice and even the bangala he also owe their salary. These are a few who i deal with, there are many many more, at the very least 200k also cannot settle all the debts and everything. One thing he is afraid the forum ppl disturb or mention about his son. Even buying paints he also have no money for that, so what if you meet him, he write down all your request just to make you feel happy but the work will never be carried out. But he can drive around with his car and he dun answer any calls after 5pm, unless he feel happy and see the need to it. He is really a MESSSER and mess ppl's family. It's not i am bad mouth, this kinda ppl should die faster lo...

Ah Soon alway claims he have a hdb job in sengkang, and in fact mostly all will believe it. He stay in Marsiling Rise

Yes... these are the facts... He is always claiming he got court case here n there, and from what i know, any owners staying at red hill? He is doing the owner's house now. He is buying in as much time as possible, to drag n drag.... he is definately afraid that either one owner/victim will sue him to court or report police, if it happen, many owners/victims will be affected. By if we dun do so, he is buying time to drag and so called wait for ''HDB'' to pay him??? Well, he is very famous in many supplier for bad debts, if 1 house he can take 10k, how about the supplier? Now not even a supplier dare to give him any credit... all COD and he can arrange supplier to help him, tell the owner he can settle, but the supplier will tell the owner ah soon say collect money from you. This is the trick! Never ending.... and when u call ah soon, he will give 1001 reasons and excuses...

His bro? Which one? Ah Dai? He ask me borrow him $200.. u think he use what to help? Mouth only i think...

This should be the next stage, but it seems ah soon is running away from all calls.... i mean so what he will come out and clarify to ALL owners/victims? I will settle one by one with you all, it seems after that, nothing much is going on.. i can say, simply nothing. No money on hand how to move on? Wait for his so called HDB project??? His Boss??? Even thought they paid him he also will say haven pay, this n that. His BANGALA says, no salary given for 2 weeks, he stop working for ah soon. Well, it's going into a harder stage now.... even workers are not paid, how u expect any work done to owners/victims house???

He will say, go to court, kena fine... this and that... well, i call the solid top guy, ah soon say he can have credit there for 1 month and i ask him sure or not? Now ur name so bad, who dare to give u credit, he claim and say very sure, confirm confirm... i confirm can settle... and the salesman say, ah soon ask him to collect money from you... standard one... his words twist here n there. I pray to god, please and quickly settle this renovation nightmare... cannot tahan man...

Really thumbs up for his service but one thing for sure He is SUPER NAGGY.. worst than my mother.... maybe he old liao? Hi Jaskel,, ya... i saw you just now. I am the uninvited/extra who suddenly come over. I work in Jurong area and went to the HDB to do some season parking matters. When i was walking i saw ah soon car, so i search around and saw him singapore is too small, actually i also didn't know who are you... from what i see is you help many owners/victims to arrange/workout something from ah soon.... Wish all the owners/victims good luck in advance...
