er, anything particular, we didnt choose Max in the end, but i think he may turn out to be a better and cost concern guy -
Thanks but it cost me a bomb for the lightings....

Just finished up cleaning the whole house yesterday. Going to start moving small items for this coming 2 weeks. And also waiting for my outdoor furniture to be sent next saturday by Natural Living. Hopefully we can shift eveything by end of july. Target before Hungry Ghost Festival... Those who need contact from my suppliers or contractors, feel free to pm me. Highly Recommended - Liang Hoe Huat Joseph for Outdoor wood decking and Roof Covering - Suntec 1688 Alan for cheap and good curtains - Zen Car Services Jimmy for solar film installation - Europa Wall Covering Michael for the wall paper - EzziLiving Nada for the Laundry system - storerack.sg for the storeroom rack - Choon Ying Ah Teck at Euro warehouse for the lightings - Closet Design Luke for the wardrobe All these contractors i have full satisfaction and pay them once completed a good job!

I was there to see what they are doing, yup abit rough by the worker on my existing flooring. But lucky never damaged anything. Anyway mine is just 4.5ft wardrobe without poles...

I think we cant do anything if is laminates, especially the joint line. The only thing which can help is using ABS finishing at the corners for the door to seal up the line and protect the laminated from peeling off. As for the main structure, either you use chipped board which dun have joints or i think those very expensive furniture which has special blasting surface coating.
-
Yes both wardrobe from closet design and store rack from storerack.sg
-
You can try lamitak http://www.lamitak.com/ However, all laminates bound to have joints lines. You might want to look for kitchen specialist, my current house kitchen cabinet did not use laminates but is quite expensive (price ~ same as what renozone do for all the stuff) Thanks

200 bucks for 2 x L36" long rack with 84" height (for condo) You can view at www.storerack.sg or call 64417809. The sale person came in morning to measure and provide quotation. By afternoon, the workers came and fix up with 20mins Cheers

As per what i expected, the shoe cabinet is not ready and need some minor works to be done. Thus handover will be either next wednesday or thursday. (delaying 2 weeks since last promised...)
-
Yup just carpentry work and solid top for the staircase, bay windows and 2 windows at the yard.
-
Yup, i assume from the statement on the quotation is acid wash and general cleaning on our whole house but apparently, the ID insisted that no cleaning is stated on the quotation. I guess this is our fault overlooking this, anyway after much negotiation, he reluctantly asking his cleaner to clean up our hse, but no acid wash....sigh..
-
Oh i dun have any acid wash or general cleaning...maybe that why he insisted that it was not stated. I just have the 1st statement on the cleaning whole hse....
-
Our is done by Alan from suntec1688 go to this website http://www.suntec1688.com/Promotion.html Alan will come onsite...total damage for my house - Living room, 3 bedroom = 1.5K (including roller blind)

Will post when the outdoor furniture from Natural Living delivered Thanks for the compliments
-
Hopefully, i just got a sms from my ID, saying that he still waiting for the Blum specialist to install the Aventos HK FLip lift up system and postponed our meeting at 730pm...i told him if the Blum guy not coming today, might as well postpone the Handover.

Mine is false ceiling, so if yours is concrete, you can save $$ from the brackets which cost around 60 bucks. Er i tried, should be ok. Not sure if is durable
-
Today supposed to be the handover day by Miker from Renozone. Not sure if his guys managed to fix the Blum HK Lift system on my shoe cabinet and his cleaner finishing washing our place. Will meet up with Miker later after work. Keep our fingers crossed!
-
Oh mine is false ceiling as well, they have brackets to install for any kind of yard. Mine is bolted to the side of the walls. The chain pulley cost around $460 including brackets and installation, you can have poles from 1.4 m to 2m for 4 x poles. Is a universal one. Go to Ezz website , http://www.ezziliving.com/ Look for Naga, the sales manager. Free onsite inspection and recommendation They have cheaper version like without chain pulley (string only) like 300plus and also the pulled out version around 200bucks Cheers
-
You want to try Closet Design, look for Luke. I think last week they have promotion for 5ft pole system at 1.5K which is 300psf
