  1. Thanks Now we are having headaches on our mirror shoe cabinet, the door mechanism from our IDs are making the opening and closing of the lift mirror door too heavy to lift up or down. Any suggestion for the mechanism?
  2. Er, but the interior material still laminated wood, unlike closet design....
  3. Yup, but alot of ppl warn us that it is diff to maintain......
  4. Helo Looking for cheap and nice wrought iron gate for my new condo. Yup it is weird to build a iron gate infront of the door, but it can help when we open the main door and lock the gate to have better ventilation and wind coming in. Went to Wrought Aluminium at IMM, was quote 1.3K for the gate.....Hopefully we can get prices below 400 bucks as we do not need the wrought alumimum. Best of all have lot of designs. Was quote by Panggiap88 at 600 plus...and heard from forumer, their after sales services quite bad....

  12. Er, i guess is the workmanship of his carpenter. Anyway, he promised to remedy and inspect himself on Thursday and final done up on Friday. Will handover to us on Saturday. Will update more pictures on the shoe cabinets and bookcase. Also today my lighting contractors will install all the lights and ceiling fan (Outdoor) !!!!
  13. Yup for the open shelving it is clearly visiable, have to see what Miker can do, we told the carpenter on sunday but yesterday when we look at it, still the same. Hopefully after today meetup with the ID, he can work so something. But this may be something unavoidable, that's why we switch to Closet Design for our wardrobe. Closet Design using different material which we dun see the black joint lines and no lamination joint at all.
  14. Er yup, we told Miker on Sunday and today we went up, it was fixed. However still need some touch up as the finishing of the joints between laminated is not done very well...Tomorrow will meet him onsite and discuss on the progress and the remedies needed!
  15. Yup agree, initial the ID suggested black bookcase...look old and classic, but i didnt like that idea so i source thru some of the Home & Deco mag
  16. oh is not done yet, need them to finish up the internal glossy white laminated as the sealing was not done well. Also the ID and carpentry failed to communicate with each other and they sealed up 2 of my electrical points behind this bookcase, have to remove one of the compartment and reveal the 2 electrical points.....sigh....
  17. Laminated glossy white PVC for open shelving. Close shelving internal are white PVC

  23. Yup it is an outdoor wood. There is also other type of wood like merbau...etc But most commonly used are chengal wood
  24. actually it should be cheaper as the lift can place the wood, for my case, they actually move up thru the staircase as the boss for the contractor want it to look nicer to place horizontal. Every pieces of wood and polycarbonate, they move up 6 stories high.....But their price is already one of the cheapest i can find and they have like 6 workers working and finished the job within 3 days!
  25. easier to ask them come onsite to measure and quote you...FOC anyway and no obligation
