  1. So called $120 Blum system Kiang Sing Hong at 828 Upper Bt Timah quoted me 110 but just 10 bucks diff, so i asked my ID to get from Blum.com.sg
  2. Today suppose to be handover by ID miker, but he has some problem installing the Blum system to my shoe cabinet. This was the additional top up required ($120 per set for 1 door) which wasnt on the initial quotation. Anyway, he also insisted that whole house cleaning is not included on the quotation althought every quotation, there is this statement : Project Management * Design Conceptualization, Space Planning, Colour Scheme and Materials Proposal for the Whole House, Site Inspection and Whole House Cleaning. Nevertheless, he sms me say that he will ask his cleaner to clean up our place. So today no activities from the carpentry side, but there is some installation on our laundry system by EZ living Pulled out version Yard Pulled down version (Chained operated) Wine Holder on top of the kitchen cabinet
  3. Hi Bon Just want to double check, did Miker promise you to clean up the whole house after the renovation? He insisted that this was not on the quotations..but every quotations he sent to me as this imprints before item 1. Do you have this statement as well? Project Management * Design Conceptualization, Space Planning, Colour Scheme and Materials Proposal for the Whole House, Site Inspection and Whole House Cleaning.
  4. I went to Kiang Sing Hong and check out the Blum system price, is slightly cheaper than getting from Blum.com.sg but i think Blum.com.sg can help if you face installation issue
  5. Hi Bon Did Miker say you need to top up for the Blum system? for mine, he passed me the invoice from Blum which cost around $120 per set for 1 door on my shoe cabinet.... Just checking only Cheers Kartell
  6. The bad things keep coming, the ID passed me the invoice of the Blum System yesterday for my shoe cabinet which for 1 set of doors Lift up Hinges cost 120 bucks. Now need to top up, i was wondering initially, when the design came, we werent informed of the add on for the mechanism, and we never ask for Blum, just that his current mechanism cant hold on to the door when lift up...sigh.... To me is a bad design which we have to compensate for. Anyway this is the last major item from the ID before Closet Design took over the wardrobe
  7. Er actually my ID Miker, he is suggesting us to use Alumix glass door and need me to top up another $500 on top of the original quote for the wardrobe (only laminated doors and interior PVC white) which trigger me to look for alternatives. So i didnt consider Alumix at that moment....
  8. Helo DKCH We were at the same boat with you. We went to Lumiera at IFC, Cupboards at IMM, Ximula at Parkmall, and in the end, chosen Closet Design. Lumiera using laminated wood interior, so it was out althought they offer the cheapest. Cupboards and Ximula using diff material but was **** expensive. So due to budget constraint, we picked Closet Design which has diff wood material which is not laminated wood. Hope this help I think last weekend they have offer for poles system (like those walk in wardrobe) for 5ft is only 1.5K Mine is 4.5ft and not pole system already 1.5K....
  9. Yup there is 6-7 dollars but reflective and may not be approved by the condo management. The 12-14 bucks are clearer types
  10. Yup that is what i thought initially, but the mirror door was too heavy to be lifted up or lifted down. We have changed few mechanism sourced from Miker and still didnt help. He went to Blum and passed me the invoice of $124 for one door mechanism. I am still sourcing to see if i can find cheaper distributor or going ikea to search for similiar mechanism.
